Helping the Economy Recover thru OFW Enterprise Start-ups (HEROES) is a program of the National Government that provides an opportunity for displaced, repatriated, or returning OFWs to rebuild their lives here in the Philippines by helping them establish their start-up businesses.
BALIK-PINAS, BALIK-HANAPBUHAY PROGRAM
A non-cash livelihood support/assistance intended to provide immediate relief to returning member OFWs, active or non-active, who are displaced from their jobs due to war/political conflicts in host countries or policy reforms controls and changes by the host government or are victims of illegal recruitment and/or human trafficking or other distressful situations.
FINANCIAL AWARENESS SEMINAR (FAS) AND SMALL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING (SBMT)

LIVELIHOOD DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LDAP)
Provide grants for livelihood assistance to undocumented returning OFWs thru livelihood starter kits
